FAQS

“Can we reserve a table?”

Eventbrite - Ivory Room Piano Bar - Reserved Table

Most definitely! Our tables seat up to 4 people. The cost is $60 + $5 cover charge per person. The $60 reservation cost must be booked online at eventbrite.com. The $5 cover charge must be paid on the door. If you have a party larger than 4 people, we highly recommend reserving a second table. If you have reserved 2 or more tables, we will ensure that these tables are by each other.

“Can we reserve the Dueler’s Den?”

Eventbrite - Ivory Room Piano Bar - VIP Duelers Den

Of course! Our Dueler’s Den is our VIP section located on stage next to the pianos. The cost for this section is $300 on Fridays and Saturdays. The VIP section seats up to 25 people. We have cocktail servers for your convenience. For availability and booking, visit eventbrite.com.

“The website says that tickets are no longer for sale for the evening I’m looking to reserve. Can I still reserve a table/Dueler’s Den?”
If the website says that tickets are no longer for sale, that evening’s reservations are full, BUT we still have plenty of room for walk-ins! Seating is first-come-first-serve!

“Do we need a reservation to attend the Ivory Room?”
Nope! We reserve out certain areas of the bar, but the rest is first-come-first-serve!

“I reserved a table/VIP section, but now we have to cancel. What are the refund options?”
We honor refunds through gift cards only. These gift cards can be used at any Noble Chef Hospitality location: Ivory Room Piano Bar, Buck & Badger, and Wisconsin Brewing Tap Haus.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Our unreserved tables are first-come-first-serve. The doors open an hour before the show starts. If you have a large party, consider reserving a table or the VIP section ahead of time. If you would like to take your chances, the earlier you arrive, the better your chances of scoring a table. The doors open at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

“Do you have any birthday specials?” What better way to make your friend feel special on their birthday than to have them be serenaded while sitting on the pianos?! Yes – you can make this happen. Write the birthday person’s name on the slip with a $20 bill and the piano players will call them up!
